Send us your artwork in one of these formats and we are good to go:

• SVG (our favorite — works great for laser engraving!)
• PNG with transparent background (minimum 300 DPI)
• PDF (vector-based preferred)
   

JPG and low-resolution files can make your engraving look fuzzy — not the vibe we are going for

For the sharpest, cleanest engraving possible, your design should be:

• High contrast — black and white or single color designs look incredibly sharp
• Clean crisp lines — no heavy textures, noise, or photographic gradients
• Vector format when possible
• Not too detailed — fine details can get lost on a curved surface and we want your design looking its best!
   

If your file needs some tweaking before we can engrave it, we will reach out — no worries!

By submitting AI-generated artwork to WaveEngrave you are confirming that:

• You have the right to use and reproduce the design commercially
• The artwork does not infringe on anyone else's copyright, trademark, or intellectual property
• You take full responsibility for the content of your submitted design
   

We love making cool stuff — but we have to leave the legal stuff with you! WaveEngrave is not responsible for any copyright or trademark disputes arising from customer-supplied artwork.

We want to keep things fun and positive around here! Regardless of artwork source, we are not able to engrave:

• Copyrighted logos, characters, or brand marks without written authorization
• Offensive, hateful, or inappropriate content
• Anything not suitable for all audiences

Every design gets a good look from us before we fire up the laser! We will reach out if:

• Your file needs adjustments for engraving compatibility
• We have questions about image quality or resolution
• We need a little more info about your artwork
   

We do not start production until you and WaveEngrave are both happy with the proof.             Your approval matters! ✅

We want you to absolutely love your design before anything gets engraved — here is how it works:

• Every order includes 2 complimentary proof revisions — on us! 🎉
• You will receive a digital proof to review and approve before we get started
• Need more tweaks beyond the 2 included? No problem — additional revisions are just $10 each
• Revision requests need to come back to us within 48 hours of receiving your proof
• Once production has started, changes may not be possible — so speak up early!
   

Big design overhauls after order placement may need to be treated as a new order. We will always communicate with you if that is the case!
